From what I have observed on Seij's themes, he likes to keep things simple. He's a minimalist and he likes the Blawb icons :)) He also used them in his previously submitted theme, you can see it here. If you want to make a theme using the Blawb icons you can see on the home screen, you can download them here.

by mistakenly I've deleted the default dictionary.
after that while downloading from the download dictionary link the file was not supporting
